TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACTIVITIES AND WORKSHOP :

* For workshop and contest, upon arrival, participants are required to register themselves at the registration counter at the Level 1, Activity Area .
* Sunway Wangsawalk Mall reserves the right to open up the slot to the walk-in participants if the pre-registered participant is 15 minutes late for the session. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents/injuries sustained during the workshop.
* Sunway Wangsawalk Mall reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of participants for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice unless prohibited by law.
* Sunway Wangsawalk Mall reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice and cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. If so, participants will be notified accordingly.
* Participants are required to provide correct and valid personal information to validate registration for the event. Any unclear or incomplete details will render the participation void.

TERMS & CONDITION FOR LUCKY DRAW:
1. Winners will be selected based on correct answers and completeness of all participation steps.
2. Winners must be able to provide proof of identity when claiming the prize (if required).
3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Failure to respond within the given timeframe may result in a new winner being selected.
5. Sunway Wangsawalk Mall reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
6. Participants are deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions upon joining the contest.

* By participating in the workshop, the participants grant Sunway Wangsawalk Mall’s the right to use any photos and/or material received during the period (including the Participant’s name, email address, contact number, photos, videos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Participant.
* Sunway Wangsawalk Mall reserves the right to reject any entries that are inappropriate, incomplete, suspicious, or invalid.
* Sunway Wangsawalk Mall reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop at its own discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. If so, participants will be notified accordingly.
