Terms & Conditions • Recycling Contest is open to the children aged 7 to 12 years old • Participants are required to register through Wangsa Walk Apps. • The Contest starts at 2.00 pm on 20th December 2020 • Maximum of 20 pax participants are allowed to join the contest • Participants are required to arrive at 1.00 PM for registration purposes • Participants will be given 45 minutes to finish their works • Materials such as bottles, newspaper and basic stationary will be provided by event organizer. • Participants are allowed to bring their own materials • Participants aged 12 and under must be under supervision of their parents as they will be handling sharp and potentially dangerous equipment and materials such as scissors • Participants will be judged on creativity, originality and theme • Wangsa Walk Mall reserves the rights to amend this Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification to participants. This Terms and Conditions are not intended to, nor does it create any contractual rights whatsoever of or any legal rights nor does it create any obligations on Wangsa Walk Mall in respect of any other party or on behalf of any party. • Wangsa Walk Mall reserves all its rights under the law. • By participating in the Contest, the Participant consents for the Organiser to process the Participant’s personal data provided in the entry form for purposes of the Contest including without limitation to use on the Fan Page and the Website • At times the Organiser may retain third parties to process the participant’s personal details. All such third parties are contractually obliged not to use the Participant’s personal data in any way other than that which is specified herein. • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
